The license file (it has an lic extension such as my_license.lic) is installed as follows.

1. The first step is to get the license file location onto the clipboard.
   
   If the license was sent to you as an email...
   • Save the license to your desktop. The details of how this is accomplished depends on your specific email client, generally you need to right click the license and use the resulting dialog box to save it to your desktop.
   • Find the license on your desktop.
   • Right click it, and select copy.
   
   If the license file is located somewhere on a drive that you can access...
   • Start the Windows Explorer (hold down the Windows Logo key and press 'E' is one easy way to start it).
   • Navigate to the license file.
   • Right click it, and select copy.
   
   
2. Start the Master Loadman Fleet Manager. You do not need to do anything to your Satellites.
3. Select menu Tools : Advanced Functions : License Status.
4. On the right of the License Information dialog, near the top, click the Install New License Button.
5. The Loadman Fleet Manager will process the license and then restart to activate it.
