The Product table, Problem table, and Route Stop tables can be sorted. This is done to control the order in which this data is sent to the meter. Clicking the sort button on either of these views takes you to what is at first a rather daunting looking dialog box shown below.

You can select one or more items and then click buttons to do the desired activity. Click the top item and then move it down by hitting the down button. The reverse button will change the order of multiple items selected. The join button will bring together multiple selected items that are not contiguous. The temporary work area may be helpful in organizing a sub-group or as a place to hold and item being moved from the top to the bottom of a long list. The two buttons with <<< and >>> move the selected items to/from the temporary work area. The items will be moved to before the selected item in the destination list. To move an item to the end of the other list, click below the last item in the destination list (set the selection to below the list) before the move. Additionally, drag-n-drop works for single or multiple items and you can drag-n-drop within a list or between lists.
